Terms & conditions
1. Booking A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Yeganeh Stays and, where applicable, the required payment has been received. The guest is responsible for providing complete and accurate information when making a booking.
2. Prices and Payment The total price and applicable payment conditions are displayed during the booking process and in the booking confirmation. Any additional services or charges agreed separately are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Cancellation The cancellation conditions displayed during the booking process and stated in the booking confirmation apply to the respective reservation. Guests are advised to review the applicable cancellation conditions before completing their booking.
4. Check-in and Check-out The applicable check-in and check-out times are stated in the booking confirmation and/or the information provided for the respective accommodation. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with prior agreement.
5. Number of Guests The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the confirmed reservation. Additional guests require prior approval from Yeganeh Stays.
6. House Rules Guests are required to comply with the house rules and to respect the accommodation and neighboring residents. Parties, events and unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.
7. Damage Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently by themselves or members of their party during their stay. Any damage or defect should be reported to Yeganeh Stays as soon as possible.
8. Liability Yeganeh Stays is liable in accordance with applicable statutory provisions. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
9. Communication Booking-related information, check-in instructions and other important information may be sent electronically to the contact details provided by the guest.
10. Applicable Law The booking relationship is governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
